Kiosks
The Kiosks include a café with outdoor and indoor seating, an ice cream parlour, takeaway and shop that importantly carries newspapers. Opened in March 2011 they completed the regeneration of the land based elements of the Boscombe Spa Project.
What better place can there be to enjoy your cuppa or ice cream than under the shade or shelter of the iconic windbreak
More details of the services are available on their website:

Inspieration
Inspieration - the Friends of Boscombe Pier was officially formed in September 2008 following the ratification of the constitution
at the first open meeting held at The Chine Hotel.
Since then we have successfully offered support to grant applications for the sea front,
and worked with the council to help represent resident's views. We are activley promoting the pier and it's surroundings as space for artistic and cultural events.
With ever increasing interest in Boscombe seafront and with the development of the
surf reef our membership is continuing to grow.

The Art
We are committed to developing the Pier as a venue for Artists to display their work. We hope to see more success stories like local craftsman Wayne Willets, who was inspired to create a range of mirrors with a surfing theme. Thank you to Wayne for featuring the Pier on his website
www.surfmirrors.com .
To enquire about exhibiting your work on the Pier contact Linda Hiles
linda.hiles@bournemouth.gov.uk, or drop into the Boscombe Sea Front Services office just past the Harvester on the sea front.
The Surf
The Pier is an excellent vantage point for viewing the Surfing up close.
Following the launch of the Reef on the 2nd November 2009 the reef was damaged last winter (2010/11) and is still currently out of use.
The RNLI have to be commended for providing life gard cover through the winter.
Sorted Surf Shop run several surfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding related events. When the surf's up the pier is a fantastic vantage point for spectators and photographers to get right on top of the surfers.
To find out more about the reef follow the link to their web site

Seating
The council provided 4 new benches in 2010 thanks to various local funds and wards. One of these benches is dedicated to some much loved local surfers who are no longer with us.
